Lucca

Lucca: The towns are starting to run together in my mind. I remember a cool fortress and wall protecting the city. The most striking memory other than the dogs was something I wasn’t allowed to photograph. Inside a church was a gazebo shaped enclosure with the scariest Jesus statue ever! He looked strung out and angry. I bought a post card, ask me and I’ll show you. Since no Jesus picture, how about a doggie standing guard?

Hi Lisa,
Lance and I are here sitting in your living room again... eating dinner and not watching movies (this time). We bid Kevin and Coly a fond farewell for you (rather parental) as they headed off to a concert in downtown Seattle. The animals are missing you but Lance is taking good care of them. We miss you but are thrilled to be able to follow along on your journey. Annie sends lots of "licks". Kitty G say "MEOW!!!" (said loudly) Jennifer is smiling and Walter says thanks for letting him crash with "the girls". Puss quietly, patiently awaits your return. Lance and I appreciate "the Lisa we all know". Love,
Alida (and Lance).
